This policy explains what data MekongX, operated by VIP Asset Management & Fintech Group, collects and how we use it. It reflects the services we currently offer.
1. Data we collect
Account details (email, preferred language), security data (hashed password, 2FA settings), wallet addresses derived for you, and transaction records (deposits, swaps, transfers, withdrawals).
2. How we use it
To operate the exchange, process deposits and withdrawals, secure your account, send service notifications, and meet our reconciliation and record-keeping needs.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with infrastructure providers needed to run the service (such as hosting and error monitoring) and where required by Cambodian law.
4. Security
Passwords are hashed, sensitive actions require 2FA, and access is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, so protect your credentials.
5. Your choices
You can update your account and language preferences at any time. To request access or deletion of your data, contact us.
