These terms govern your use of MekongX, operated by VIP Asset Management & Fintech Group. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in Cambodia and provide accurate account information. MekongX is currently offered to a limited, invited group of users.
2. The service
MekongX lets you deposit USDT, swap between USDT and RIEL at a fixed 1:1 peg, send RIEL, and withdraw USDT after admin review. RIEL is a USD-pegged stablecoin used within the platform (1 RIEL = 1 USD).
3. Risk & no guarantee
Digital assets carry risk, and the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or any particular outcome, and you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and 2FA device.
4. Your responsibilities
Keep your password, 2FA and backup codes secret. Double-check every RIEL address and withdrawal address — transfers cannot be reversed. You are responsible for activity under your account.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Disputes will be resolved under Cambodian jurisdiction.
